Management Contracting

The Management Contract is a partnership between the business owner and GreenScape, where our specialist skill and knowledge is used to manage and operate the business on an ongoing basis, or for an agreed period of time.

This approach offers the client two distinct advantages. Firstly, it provides a totally integrated policy for the day to day and long term development of the business. Secondly, the ability to respond rapidly to market trends thanks to GreenScape's constant research and awareness of current trends in the market.

GreenScape will take responsibility for the efficient day to day running and long-term development of all aspects of the business, covering:

  • Strategy - The formulation of strategy and policies on member and non-member usage, retailing, other leisure activities usage, buildings, in-house style and service, sales and marketing.
  • Operational Management - Direction and supervision of the efficient day to day running and long-term development of the business. At the beginning of any management contract, an Operational Management Specification is the instruction book by which all management and staff will deliver the service to the customer. An OMS covers every aspect of the business from customer service to administration, from maintenance to presentation.
  • Marketing and Promotions - The preparation and implementation of a strategy for the sales and promotion of the property and the product to include promotional literature, advertising campaigns, promotional events and sponsorships.
  • Human Resources - Staff recruitment, organisation and training to carry out the business in accordance with the strategy.
  • Administrative Systems - Estabishing and maintaining administrative systems for reservations, memberships, purchasing, stock and credit control, accounting and general administration.
  • Financial Control - The maintenance of proper accounts for the business. Budgeting and forecasting for it's long-term development.
  • Golf Course & Landscape Maintenance Programming - The preparation and implementation of policies for the maintenance and presentation of the golf course and soft landscape areas.
  • Buildings Maintenance - The preparation and implementation of policies for the maintenance and presentation of all buildings and hard landsacape areas.
  • Liaison with Client Partners - Regular meetings with and information to the client on all aspects of the business.
Contract Duration and Terms

The contract period and terms will be agreed to meet the specific requirements of the client and the property.

Management Advisory Consulting

GreenScape Management Advisory Services benefit developers and owners who wish to retain full daily management control of their business but acknowledge that specialist advice is required on certain aspects of the business.

GreenScape provides clients with 'task-specific' services or a fully-inclusive advisory services.

At the start of all such assignmentss we will carry out a review of the specific area of concern or for the full business. For on-going assignments we wil provide an audit and analysis of the business operation on a pre-agreed frequency - weekly, monthly, quarterly, or more.
